Late Cancellations & No-Call/No-Shows
I understand that life happens, and I always appreciate open communication. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so I can best accommodate you and offer the time to another client in need of care.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. This is industry standard. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time is also considered a late cancellation. No-call/no-show appointments are charged the full amount of the scheduled service, regardless of vouchers or discounts. Please understand the major inconvenience of canceling late.
I are always happy to waive these fees in the event of illness or a serious emergency, just keep infme ormed. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate it.
Credit Card Requirement
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. When booking online, you’ll be able to securely enter your card information through my booking system.
ClassPass
ClassPass appointments are available for new, first-time clients only.
Please note that ClassPass cancellation policies differ from my policies.
Groupon
Groupon vouchers are valid for first-time clients only, with a limit of one voucher per client.
I reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason.
